We bought a bunch of video cards from Joseph Grooms from Glendale, AZ for a total of probably over 8000$ dollar. Initially, Joseph deliver items as we pay through paypal. However, around March 2011, Joseph requested us to make the last payment of 1500$ while promised he will deliver the item the next day. Instead of receiving any item from Joseph, we found his email started bouncing 2 days after he received payment and his phone is also disconnected. Joseph must have premeditated this scam as removing email address/phone and not responding to us won't normally happen 2 days after receiving payment. We are going to pursue full legal action against Joseph. If you know Joseph Grooms in person, please remember that this person is not trust worthy. If you are going to hire Joseph Grooms, please remember that once a thief, always a thief. We are going to post more detail of our legal action including legal case number, information that can identify Joseph Grooms that is provided by paypal and ebay here in this webpage. You probably had purchased one of many false warranty video cards from Joe Grooms and his Partner Harold Ruggles. These two were recently sentenced to 3 years jail for those crimes. Perhaps you can start another suit, and get some money back.
