Juan Borras Houses In San Antonio Landlord Running a Scam/ Caught in a Lie! San Antonio, Texas

Juan Borras, a "realtor" is running a scam. His goal is to dishonestly withhold funds from security deposit in order to line his pockets or pay his property tax. I did a walk through with Juan and he OKd the property for my full refund. Then over a week later he says that there was dust under the stove and on the ceiling fan blade. Therefore he hired a professional cleaning service and was charging me $100. He lied and told me after the walk through he had done a more thorough inspection and had sent me pictures that night in an email. He never sent an email nor when pressed could he resend or produce a printed copy of such. As I have read other complaints about this man online and via my own experience I see he never had any intention of giving me back my full deposit. Even though we did a walk through and even though I scheduled the walk through before my lease expired so that if there were any issues I could correct them. This man is unethical and dishonest! BEWARE!
