DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU PLAN ON SPENDING A FORTUNE ON BRAKE PARTS YOUR AUTOMOBILE DOES NOT NEED! Today, Nov 19th in Bradenton, Fl. we took a 2007 Saturn Vue in for their $99.95 special which entailed installing new shoes, new pads & turning the rotors. First estimate out of the shoot was for over $700. Second estimate came down to $400 but yet it wasn't including any of the work we requested. Third estimate was exactly $150.00 which just happened to match the amount we told them we had in the bank. At that point they said we had a LR leaking wheel cylinder. Yet when shown we noticed there was not one drop of brake fluid coming out. To put the brakes back together we had to have the brake cylinder replaced as they said it was too dangerous to drive and wouldn't release the vehicle. WHAT THE HELL??? So in essence we paid $150 for work that we neither asked for or deemed necessary and received none of the work we requested. "As we sat there we also noticed 2 different customers come in for the same $99.95 special but were told they needed additional work. One guys estimate was $700 and an elderly lady's estimate was $300. WHAT HAPPENED TO HONESTY? We will be taking this to the corporate level, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen!
