After 10 years of hassling with getting replacement parts and trying to get Zodiac to stand behind the "Life Time Warranty" (Ha!) I'm glad it's over. Every problem will cost you more money and aggravation than it's worth. Both end seams of my pool ripped to the ground. The force of the water took out part of my privacy fence, and flooded my neighbors yard.
Of course now, there isn't a phone number or address in my large file for the pool, that is in service or in business. I have every receipt and correspondence I've had over the years, so there wouldn't be a problem on my part proving receipts. No phone calls have been returned to me, and I have no further options. My pool is now is little cut up squares, and I say good riddins Zodiac!!!!
I would never recommend theses pools unless you have a lot of time for finding replacement parts; and, the patients for the customer service nightmares you'll endure. Forget about any warranty promises, you'll end up paying for what you need; IF, you can find what you need.

I have a KD pool that has been replaced once when it was just over a year old. They won't warranty the liner against sun damage. I asked them how you could have a lifetime warranty on an outdoor pool but not against sun damage. That's how I got it replaced the first time. Now it is once again sun rotting and coming apart into fiber pieces. The pins that hold the frame together continually break and the T's also are rotting away in the outdoor weather. Anytime I needed a new part it "wasn't covered" and cost me more money. Now the company has moved out of the U.S. (according to the local dealer) and won't return any phone calls from them. Has anyone looked into a lawsuit over this scam warranty crap?
