I contacted KEL in august of 2010 to check the legality of my mortage and do a home modification. The Sales Person Jason Ball told me that they would work toward whatever goal I had. Tey told me payments would consist of monthly payments of around 600 for about 5 months. They also told me in that I should stop paying my mortgage because that was the only way a bank would do a modificaiton. After a few weeks I got a email from kelattornies to send in my w2s tax returns and paystubs so that bank of america could evaluate me for a mortgage modification. Next I got a email from KEL that said they needed me to pay a $300 dollar fee to file an injunction because their lawyers had said that they needed to file a lawsuit in my case. I paid it even though this was not in the orginal contract.

I few weeks later KEL said that bank of america needed me to resend my w2s etc again. I emailed the new attorney they assigned me Curtis Jackson and said why do they need me to keep sending in the same info isnt that what a lot of law suits are about the banks claiming they loose paperwork. I also asked him whene where they going to file a lawsuit and why do I need to send paper work for a modification if they were going to file a suit.

He told me to keep sending in. I refused. I emailed him and asked for them to prove to me that bank of america was actually the holder of the mortgage and they had a right to foreclose on my property as I got more educated on the foreclosure fraud.

He told me that judges werent really listeing to that argument this was before the big story of the robo-signers came along.

In September I got a letter delievered at my door by bank of america telling me to call the modification hotline. When I did call them they told me that I had been denied a modification because they coudl'nt contact me. I immediattly contacted KEL Attorneys and I asked told them about the letter. I got no response from the attorey. About 2 weeks latter I got a notice of default on my house. I was livid I called KELATTORNEYS and asked them did they get a copy of it since they were suppose to be representing me. They said no. I then started complaing to my lawyer demanding proof they they were actually in contact with bank of america and that they were representing me. I also demanded that they refund the $300 dollar filing fee since they were not going to file an injunction. I got silence. About a week latter I gave them a ulitmatum. Either file the lawsuit and prove to me that your working with my bank or return my money so I can find a lawyer that will represent me correctly. About a week later I got a letter from KELAttorneys saying they were no longer representing me and they would not return my money because I failed to send in documentation in a timely manner. About that same time I started getting calls from bank of america asking me what were my intentions with the home. I asked the representive do you have any record that I am represented my KEL. They said they didnt no anything about them!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
