well, about 2wks ago from last mon, i went to work for kenda logtics, they have other names but im gonn akeep it plain and simple. when i showed up at there yrd in madsion fla, its wasnt the kind of yrd i was looking for, but a mom n pop i wasnt out of the strange looking. anyway wheni showed up to go to work, the truck i was told was ready it was not. then i had towait for 2.5 days waiting for them to fix anohter truck. so i sat around the yrd and waited on it,the driver who had it b4 me blew the motor in it. so when i was told the truck was ready, i get my trl and go to claxton,ga . but i never made it. the high range on the transmission went out. the synco on the shifter, i still had all my gears but it would grind coming out of fifth going to 6th gear, so then i call them and tell them about that, they wanna fire me because they say i tore up there truck. i say ok, where do i go with it, they hang up the ph on me, and call me back later to have them say they have a driver on the way to take it back, and i am to stay with the truck. i say ok. now where i get really pissed, is when i get back to the yrd, and the next morng, they want me to stay around and wait for it to get fixed. more time wasteing, then i say no way, i wanna call my sis on there home buss line beacuse tmoblie has no service out there they say no way. so then they want me to work on threre trucks, i say im not mechcainc, they say all the drivers do it, i say ok, now im being bullied, by the mom of the outfit and the dad doesnt like me any more either, so here i am working on there trucks with other drivers and a helping them scap a truck another wrecked, load them parts onto a trl,now it s free labor they are getting outta me. and now its sun eve i just get outta the shower when on eof the drivers get me and say they just had on of therer drivers lay a truck- trl over in the ditch. so i get in the pickup and go to the site, its nowabout 900pm(2100) and me and about 12 other ppl are there helping to reld another trl we have at the site. so i spend more of my itme working for these ppl. 2hrs here, then i get a 100 advance for eating and such. so mon morng comes around and they say they cant hire me, im not insureable. i say what! u got a driver who just laid a truck n trl over in the ditch went 500 yrs in the ditch told the ems and law he went to sleep behind the wheel, and holding on to a feonly driver who is jail right now for shoplifting he has a job when he gets out
they both still have jobs,any ohter company would have alrdy fired them and u telling me im not insureable. the reason they said was because i had a supsnd lic last sept. now even though i took care of it and got my lic back in good standing ,they gonna fire me. and all for everybody who wants to why it got suspnd in the first place i hit a lite pole turing with my trl going into a lowes parking lot. it got suspnd because when i paid the tuicket late it had a let fee of 23$ put on it which nobody told me about so they d-6 it. for faliure of nonpayment of late fee. so anyway my lic is in good shape now, i tell them this and they dont care. i say what about all that labor i did for u guys, they say i got my money from the 100 dollars on the advance i took, i say noway that covers it. any way now u know. |
