I was ripped off by Ron and Elda Sparaga of Kitchen and Bathroom Designer. They took my money and ran.
I originally contacted Ron Sparaga through a referral by a family member. I needed to find a trades person who could upgrade two bathrooms in our house.
After speaking with Ron and his wife Elda, we asked that they give us a quote to redo our master bathroom as well. You see, I have a chronic illness which necessitates that we make some accessible modifications including a larger door opening, an accessible shower, vanity and toilet. My wife and I also discussed some upgrades to our kitchen, but first the bathroom, as this was the most important job.
After getting some feedback from some of Ron's trades people, and past vendors and customers, we were told be be very aware and cautious of Ron. He has ripped off many people in the past and would do it again. At this point however, my money was already in his hands.
My wife and I confronted both Ron and Elda at our house, and after a bunch of lies and excuses, the truth came out. They used our money for personal reasons. WOW!
I was floored about them using our money to enrich their own lifestyles, but more importantly, these are the same people who have been close friends of my parents for over 50 years. Yes, you read it right! Friends of my parents for 50 years!
If you cannot trust these "trusted" friends, who can you trust? The answer is no body!

| Ron & Elda sparaga, operate the scam business out of #1 Rosedale road, which is a condo complex. This is located in toronto, ontario. They have ripped of many people, customers with disabilities, elderly, also his sub contractors.Do not be fooled by Rons appearance, who claims he suffers from heart ailments. His "schtik" is to avoid phonecalls, and claim he is in hospital. He is also, brother of Howard Sparaga, who is also a shaddy businessman, who operates a fireplace shop. Ron & Elda Sparaga, is an example of what scum is. Elda looks like an over-weight $4 floozy, and Ron is the good for nothing pimp. He has a habbit of sending his wife to go collect money from _un-suspecting customers, while he sits in his condo, claiming he is in the hospital. He was caught numerous times by contractors & customers, in his condo while stating he is in hospital. Ron & Elda sparaga, were also let go from a large restoration company for theft. My suggestion, to anyone who encounters these two. To call your local authorities, as they are wanted for fraud. |
