My parents have been purchasing a small farm from KMS Property Management, Stephanie Handy, owner, for approximately three years. Two days ago they were informed that the property had been foreclosed upon due to the fact that KMS and Ms. Handy have been taking my parents' money for three years, land contract payments, tax payments, $8,000 first time homebuyer money...etc., and not making the payments to the bank. In essense....STEALING.
KMS Property Management is still currently advertising their business and buying and selling homes all over this area. I am currently trying to gather as much information on current victims as well as past victims in order to somehow get a class action lawsuit filed against Ms. Handy and KMS Property Management.
