Kristen's Sweet-N-Sassy Ink Kristen Amodio Son's Bday Party Invites Never Happened Northwood, New Jersey

I ordered invitations for my Son's second birthday party on April 9. The promise this site makes is that you will receive your proof within 24-72 hours. My funds were withdrawn from my PayPal account within 1 hour, but 1,344 hours later I am still waiting for a proof or any sort of communication from Kristen Amodio. Her website at one point said she had a family emergency, but she has since taken that down. I have sent numerous emails asking when I would be able to see a proof as it has now been two months - with no response. There are several complaints on the internet about this site, wish I had investigated further before purchasing. I am now filing a complaint with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and PayPal. I found another reputable company to do my Sons invites. This woman is just sitting around in her bath robe collecting money - she needs to be stopped!

Hello- you should also file a complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney General's office. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if this is the route to go in order to get her website pulled down. I agree- this has to stop!

She did the same thing to me...glad I only spent $20 that time, previously things were great...no product received and refused to answer phone!
