We tried getting a modification from Kristy Sinsara and the CAG and we paid our money but to this date we have not heard from her or got a refund! We are not going to wait any longer! Here is the info and what everyone needs to do:

Call MLD (Mortgage Lending Division) and tell them you are calling regarding Kristy Sinsara and the CAG (702) 702-486 -0780.

Once you have done that then you need to call the Attorney's General office and ask to speak to Investigator Rene Litehford at (702) 486-3420 and let her know you want to file a complaint against Kristy Sinsara and the CAG. She is the criminal investigator.

For those of you that would like to file a claim at Small Claims Court in Henderson, you should do that and if you need help serving Kristy as she hides behind her employees you should post your email address and we will contact them.

Once that is done you can call Channel 13 News or email them and give their side of the story. Several people have started to do this. or call 702-257-8440.
