This man represents himself to ba a political insider former Bush Administration. A top dog who can obtain NMTC grants and other financing from the US Government. No one I have ever talked to in Government after extensive searches has ever heard of him. This man is a total fraud. He will take your 4 to 5 thousand dollar fee and waste your time. He is not what he says, can do nothing he says and nothing is what you will get for your money. It doesn't seem that 4 grand is a lot to steal. I have talked to dozens of his victims. He wants everything FedEx to stay away from mail fraud, works out of his house that is in his wifes name. Stay away from this thief nad put a firewall between him and your cash!! He uses numerous addresses and LLC's.
