LaLa Castro-Sparkles Forever Stole From me Long Beach, California |
4th of Jul, 2011 by User516004 |
I ordered a ring from Sparkles Forever 25 May 2011 which I never received. I am Overseas (supporting the U.S. Armed Forces Mission) and am forced to order online for many things. I began emailing the Customer Service for Sparkles Forever as well as LaLa Castro (the owner) 23 June 2011-everyday-and have yet to receive a response. I find it interesting-no make that "sad" that there are multiple websites created by LaLa (aboutme.com), (linkedin.com), (plancast.com), (threewords.me/lalacastro.com), (elala.com), (Thecupcakerecipes.com), (BubblyAndSweet.com), (Women For Women International), (Facebook), (Twitter) and the list goes on. In just about all of these sites LaLa proudly proclaims herself as a "single mother" and "entrepreneur" and as having an "independent successful online business" yet what she does NOT advertise is this "online business" takes money for online purchases but does NOT deliver merchandise. The "Customer Service" phone number & email address is a farce as you do NOT get a "callback" or a "email" response" as you would with any normal, honest online business. If you email the owner directly, everyday, for 14 days straight and get no response, it's obvious, the owner is well aware of the fraud and theft that her company is involved in. The BBB has rated this company "Sparkles Forever" "F. Bottom line-DO NOT SHOP AT SPARKLES FOREVER-there are many online, honest stores (with integrity) that offer the same merchandise or visit your local CLAIRES. LALA CASTRO AND HER COMPANY SPARKLES FOREVER ARE THIEVES, SCANDALOUS THIEVES! LaLa, where did you get the money to purchase your house in Belmont Shores? Where did you get the money to support the lifestyle you have become accostomed to? If you receive $30-60 per day for merchandise you NEVER provide, adding it up-it is more then enough to keep you in the lap of luxury. WISE UP PEOPLE, alot of businesses thrive on "Word Of Mouth"-the people who posted on "Trustlink.org", each one tell 5-10 friends your experience, they will in turn tell another 5-10 friends and so on until this business is CLOSED and a "trustworthy" business can prevail!! |
