I gave Larry a large amount of money to deliver flyer's and he kept giving me great deals and the sucker that i am believed him he seamed like a good Christian and had faith in him. Larry took my money and he took awhile to deliver but he got it out and then a month later deliveried another area (keep in mind all my areas are to go out once a month) Will in the seven months he only delivered 3 areas and then told me to leave him alone and he will no longer return my calls or e-mails. WOW, he wont return my money or anything, LARRY AND HIS WIFE KIM ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE. He hides behind the word of god and plays that very well, I have spoken to several other Real Estate agent's have he has screwed over many and employees. His product is a great idea and will work but not with a crook, It can be done your self.
Larry thanks for screwing up my Christmas I will do the same for you some day you can run but you cant hide.

| Larry Caines hired me as a writer for his newsletter. When it came time to pay for my first month of services rendered he skipped town and refused to answer my calls and emails. This is a horrible human being that won't think twice about taking advantage of someone that "reminds him of his daughter." Because he lacks the ability to spell words like "email" and "newsletter, " it's very likely he'll soon be seeking out other writers to take advantage of. Stay far away. |

I was taken advantage of by Larry Caines with YNN America Newsletter.
He promised to deliver a Newsletter to neighborhoods in my area with my information and article. I paid him one year up front.
Larry Caines didn't even produce one proof he was working on it let alone deliver one Newsletter.
Larry Caines owes me hundreds of dollars and won't return my emails or phone calls.
When searching on the Internet I came across a sight that reports victims of being ripped off.

I am one of many agents that paid for Larry's services and
Got nothing delivered. Larry came to the office and presented his YNN, which seemed like a great idea. About 10 agents at the office signed up for it and gave him $1, 200 in advance for the year. He was supposed to sign up vendors (that would advertise on the newsletter) to produce a low cost neighborhood newsletter that would be delivered by walkers to 2, 500 homes. He was supposed, by contract, to sign up only one agent per area. The deliverables were a monthly newsletter and a website. I never got my website, and my newsletter always had an excuse to not be delivered. I did get a sample that I corrected but never got the final version back. In summary, I did not get any newsletter delivered, he never signed up any vendor and sold my area to another realtor at my office. I left many messages on his voicemail and emailed him in an attempt to resolve the situation and, after a long time, he finally emailed back saying that it was all my fault for being a "bad client" and not giving the corrections on time. After this, he cancelled the contract verbally and said he would pay me back on the first Friday of April. Then he said he would pay at the end of April. This did not happened so I called him and emailed him. He emailed me back saying that he will not pay anybody that felt like "harassing him" and that whomever emailed him for the money would not be paid. He said he would pay first the agents that kept silent and would give to these the money from the ones that "harassed him". Then it was total silence. He does not return calls, he does not return emails. He did not and i believe will never return the money of the agents at my office. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST LARRY CAINES OF YNN! Larry Caines came into our of office of over 150 agents with another agent from a different office boasting about him but they had not yet delivered this newsletter. He took thousands of dollars from several agents including myself and split. I am now trying to sue him and can't find him. Anyone's help would be appreciated.
