I have received multiple calls from this company. The number the calls come from is 310-405-6185. They have left multiple messages, stating that there is a legal action against me, and I must return their call immediately or the only thing they can do is "wish me good luck" I called and they stated that They wanted my attorney's information because there was a legal case against me, "CRS960139" for a company called "Cash Advance" They stated that it was an internet cash loan from 2007. The problem is that at the time they said I took out the loan, my name, address, and phone number were different. I did a little research and one of the sites I found said that these people buy lists of people that have entered into bankruptcy or those that have applied for an internet cash loan and call and threaten them trying to get them to pay for a non existent former loan. I have never had a cash loan over the internet, but I am in bankruptcy protection and they are scamming trying to get money that I do not owe.
