I paid the law office of janian and associates 2300. to do a loan moderfication . The bank said they only heard from them once. they never call me to let me know what was going on . when i did hear from them through email. they told me I had a new negotiater ( the fifth one by the way.) finally I had enough lelf message on their answering machine that I was letting the house go. I finally receive a call from a lady name Jackie who works in personel she said she will be refunding my money in the amount of 2300. I only receive 500. they still owe me 1800. Jackie said she will be sending me 500. a month until the amount is paid in full. That was in march 15/2011. Havn't received the rest of my money . everytime i call i get a their voice message . i would like armen janian to give me the rest of my money in the same order i gave it to the full 1800. that is owe to me.
