| This law firm's Owner says in their rebuttal report #720659 that they have no affiliation with Brookshire Holloway. I would assume this means also none of the people they work with in their offices or whom may work for them as part of the firm also have no affiliation with Brookshire Holloway. At least that would be the ethical definition of (no affiliation). Well within days of each other I received two E-mails from the same person but I find it interesting that this person first was with Brookshire Holloway and then with Bruce D. Stuart, at least per the signature at the bottom of each E-mail. I read both of the other complaints on Ripoff Report and both are accurate. One speaks of an older site on the net which has been replaced. I can still access the old one and the new one at the same time. But if searched the old one no longer comes up. They are the same law firm but different telephone numbers and address. Also I called the first site on the net to find out if this lawyer was for real or not and I was left dumbfounded! I was put on hold and then was put through to the person I had been talking to from a whole other company supposedly who calls themselves US Financial Advantage. This person told me to look up this lawyer to see if he was legitimate or not because I became very concerned when US Financial Advantage either appeared to be a scam or should have gone out of business long ago. US Financial Advantage (same people as Bruce D. Stuart) knows as soon as they see your financial records if they should even try for a modification or not but they want their $200.00 a month to keep coming in so don't expect a call you better do the calling! Then they will tell you that your loan needs to have specific info they need to see to determine if you should join their mass joinder lawsuit. All the while they want you to send them $5500.00 to start your retainer. As soon as they tell you about the retainer fee they seem to no longer care if you need to qualify or not they just want you to sign and send your money. They want $200.00 a month for their services and you will recieve more than one notice to pay every month and on time too and that is all you will recieve from them, E-mail or otherwise. unless they think their may be a chance to get you to join the mass joinder. They seem to try to sell it harder than a car salesman sells cars. They spent at least five hours on the phone trying to get me to understand how much I could maybe benefit from this lawsuit with no gaurantee's. But I would be gauranteed the loss of my home if I followed their advice and they lost. What would they lose? Not my money they took and owe me for services they new they could not provide prior to accepting my money! |

| Is this a legitimate firm? They have given me the same info. I am loosing my home on june and my husband is very ill. Any information i would be greatful. |
