Be very careful when dealing with Leaders Merchant services. I unfortunately signed up with them in August of 2011 and what I was planning fell through so canceled the end of Sept. I was billed so called them back and they said I talked with the wrong person and the account was still open and that I had to fax in my cancellation -now Oct. 4-so I was charged again. Then again in November because I was (still open ) in Oct. what? I called again in November and they said yes the account was closed. I asked if they were done charging me and they said yes. HUH, now the end of December and they took $350 out my my account saying it was closing costs. Yah right. What a total scam and a hell of a lesson. First they never told me another company would also charge me monthly and I was told specifically that I could cancel with no charges. Zac lied. What vile thieves. By God, how do they get away with it?
