My wife ordered the "free trial" for their diet suppliment. Before she had the chance to try it, they shipped 2 bottles of the suppliment an charged her CC $79.99 times 2. When she received the bill, she contacted the company and got an RMA to return and cancel the account. She returned the material and contacted them 2 weeks later to find out where the credit was. They confirmed receipt of the material, and said they would credit $79.99. She informed them that it should be $159.98. Three weeks later, they charged her account again and shipped more product. I just got off the phone with them and they "apologize" but said she didn't cancel the suppliments, only the program. They saw a credit for $79.99 and don't know why we haven't received it. We cancelled everything and had the CC discontinued. They are a complete ripoff! They will bill you but not credit you. We are asking our bank to get involved and have filed a Fraud report through the bank. Don't do business with them. You will get ripped off!
