leanspa charged s/h have not received product/cancelled order w/o permission sent email for order never shipment email moonachie, New Jersey

these people are pathetic .they lie for sure.i had to cancel one order due to not putting the discount on,and then reordered immediately.evident ally they are confused about this process. I called to verify it had been sent.they didnt cause i have not received it after 9 days.i get an email saying something is shipped and call they say it was a mistake nothing was shipped,yesterday.I go on to ask was anything ever shipped yes they replied gave me 2 tracking numbers and usps had no such record of the numbers he gave to me.they got me for 1.99 and 1.95 for the s/h costs.i canceled my card immediately so i will not incur any other charges..hopefully any way....
