After hearing about Lear Capitol on George Noory's "Coast To Coast AM" I contacted them to inquire about investing in gold. I was told that for me the best investment was in $20 St. Gaudens. They were $2415 each when purchased about 9 months ago. Lear Capital is always hyping up how gold is always going up and so I called them to see what they were worth now. I was told $1786 !!!! because someone dumped a huge amount onto the market, but they could not give me any answer as to when this happened. They never mentioned to me that it could happen like that. Thank God I only had purchased 4. I feel ripped off because I wanted to make money as any investor does but they steered me to buy these instead or raw gold just for content.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. The market for the St. Gaudens has come down. You can see the coin has come down at PCGS.com by looking at the pricing guide on mint state gold coins. If you look at the chart over the longer term, you will see that the mint state gold coins have typically moved more than the bullion market. We have not seen that as of yet but we feel that it will happen. We do not want unhappy customers... so even though we suggest that you hold the coins, we would be happy to transfer the coins into any metal that you would like at no fee to you.
