I noticed a transaction on my bank statement for something I did not order, I called the number on the statement and the gentlemen that answered said what color did you want and I replied I didnt order any lights, he hangs up on me, I called back the gentleman in the ordering department said unless you are going to give me a color I am going to hang up, I tried to explain I didnt want or order any lights he hung up.I tried to call back the phone was busy for5 hours or when it did ring it would go to voicemail absolutely no department would answer the phone.

My bank called the number for billing transactions, Capitolone said when they the billing department it was a cell phone I finally got the billing to answer the phone, I explained it to him he said Im sorry I will take care of it. 3 weeks and no refund, I call him back he says oh im sorry i will take care of it, 1 1/2 weeks later no refund. These people are very unprofessional, rude, obnoxious,greedy and untrustworthy, I wouldnt order anything from there if it was free.This has been going on since 12-12-2010 and no refund, just lie after lie.
