I did work for Lennox Builders .I showed up on the job Got a contract signed .we Got a down payment .Then we started seeing red flags .Like the Trim guys making the comment how do you like working for free . and The crew lead Jeff saying To the trim guy dont say anything to the floor guys about not getting paid.
Jeff the crew lead said your work looks Nice thank you for helping us out .
after that i never saw Jeff Again .He changed his number .And my emails did not get a response.
I faxed them my first bill And Mailed out 2 other bills and .no check
So i got Donny's Number from a guy that was on the job also .he was mad not to get paid from 3 prior jobs he done for this guy .Donny said you will get paid in about 10 days this was in march .it is now October .I Sent out another Bill It was sent back unopened .
My first mistake was not getting the home owner to sign the contract also .
So due to them not paying the good contractors for the work they do .the customer gets stuck with people in their home that dont care how it gets done .or if it is done correct .
