We had our 2005 Honda Civic SI towed to this shop on February 14, 2011. We didn't get the car back until July 1, 2011. The car was placed in the shop due to significant front end damage that was the result of an auto accident. Our original estimate was around $4700, and this shop tells us "we can beat that." Well after 4 1/2 months, our bill totalled almost $7,800!!!! We get the car back and the check engine light is on, the hood is not aligned properly, the windshield wiper fluid hoses are laying ON TOP of the hot engine, they broke the windshield molding while trying to get the hood aligned, the air conditioner does not work, one of the cooling fans wires was TAPED to the radiator, the bar that hold the hood up was placed on the wrong side of the hood and tucked under the radiator -- we bought a front clip for the car and they charged us TWICE for the same parts. The body work is inadequate, the engine work is scary and they are being taken to court this week as we plan on filing suit. Do NOT go to this repair shop that claims their technicians are ASE Certified........ total bs!!!!
