I answered a job notification on Careerbuilders about a Payment Managers, Jod ID number was 39928814132, Company was Leopold Designs Inc. Offering base salary and commissions. The job was to manage their US business unit until they were able to open up their offices in the U.S. They would have their clients write out a check to you (instead of the company) and you would deposit the checks and send the funds to them via Western Union. You would that 12% of the total amount of check plus $150.00 per check if you send the funds within the first two days. You also were to take whatever the Western Union charges would be from the amount being sent. I was sent 2 checks, one for about 1900.00 and the other for about 1860.00, I followed the instructions, deposited the money into my bank account, sent an email to company for Western Union instructions. They replied quickly, once the funds were sent, I was not able to contact them. Then the checks started to be returned for "NSF", the contract that I filled out and signed with this company stated they would take care of any NSF fees if they occurred. They never responded back. I was stuck with these fees and the bank filed charges against me for forgery. I am in trouble because of this scam and my stupidity. This is a Class 3 Felony charge.
