Got a letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson stating that I owe Culberson County $396.50 for a speeding ticket from back in 4/14/2007. Let me start by saying I never lived in this county, don't know anybody that lives there, and never had the need to travel through there. I called Culberson County directly they didn't even have my license Number on the ticket. No info at all except that it was a speeding ticket, and that the color of the vechile I was driving was a black truck, no make, no year, no model. The fact is I have never owned a black truck.It all sounds like this measley county is making up phoney citations to collect money, considering the county's income was no more than $12,000 dollars, with a population of 2900 people according to Wikipedia. I am not willing to part with my Damn hard earned money just to give it away to these small time idiot scammers.
