| Per previous report by another user in Ft Worth, my story is exactly the same, I can confirm the exact same thing happening to my company. I too had to close my bank account when this company refused to own their mistake, and continued to try and charge me. The salesman Rob Mahanes is a con artist and should not be trusted, nor should the company. What a sham! I'm really dumbfounded by how someone can sleep at night after purposely conning people out of money like this, wow. The company backs him because there is a contract, WHAT?? really? You have had the same complaint how many times now?? You would think there is a recurring problem. HELLLO?? You can't keep denying this problem. |

Hi to the good people of America.
Let take control of our lives and put Mr. Steve Davis and his fraud company in jail.
Living Well Today is a scam and they will do anything to get your hard earn dollars.
I feel the same way as the other people that got scam by them. The contract is not legall
because of all the scam they place on it. No restrict to your bank account on the contract.
We need to stone these people. He gave me the same sales pitch.
I had to close my bank account too and open a new account. I lost $200 dollar to him and cost me $300 to order new checks. I told him I don't want his service because I had a feeling that this guy is not the honest. I told him that on Nove 22, 2010.
I hope the FBI get this guy or the DEA or the CIA or the SWAT team.
I met this sorry ass on Nov. 19, 2010.
His scam company is billing me every month. For what?

| The scam is nationwide. A sales representative promises high localized distribution volumes, they collect moneys upfront or via direct draft and then fail to deliver the services in the contract. The sales representative who presented in our area used the name Larry Seldich. |

| I'm Big John I got scammed. No contact with company and now they are withdrawing from my account. Had to close the account just like other folks. Suprising banks are still doing that. They forged checks also, don't look like mine, but has the correct numbers. I will be contacting Bank Of America to get more information from these company due to fraud. Living Well Sent me invoices saying I need to pay $600.00 per month and that I contracted with Steve Davis and Liz Morgan. This company is from CA and I'm in AZ. Well, if anyone wants to help, their current Acct # is 1195041774 with Bank of America. Lets see how long they can scam if we each keep posting the their current Acct #. Each of us need to call the bank they are banking with and complain about depositing unauthorized checks without signature and filling fraud claims with Living Well Today and their bank. Seems like innocent people are getting the short end of the stick. I would like to meet this Steve Davis fellow and this Liz Morgan in person. Anyone knows the correct physical address of this business? Let me know, I have plenty of time on my hands. |
