On the 21st Dec, 2011 i have called to Loop customer care and request to them to activate. As per my request they activated WAP plan with the by default of the GPRS. After that again i was called them and inquired about the plan they said it was activated in next 24 hours but its not happens. Then am called today again that time they said you activated wrong plan. So i request them please replace it or refund me. But they haven't do that and said you need to paid more for it. This is completely wastage of clients money so i was unsatisfying.
