Luxu Sauna Steam Shower Unit Worthless= Fancy Bathtub--Ripped Off Laveen , Arizona

We purchased a steam shower from this company for around $3000.00. First we did NOT receive any instructions. After many attempts to contact, we finally were e-mailed the most pathetic instructions. After we finally had it built and installed, the manual did NOT show us how to use the components, we used trial and error. The floor jets worked only once. The heater makes a very loud noise when turned on. The three jets on the shower pole have never worked. Now none of the tub jets work. The light in the ceiling quit working. I have tried to communicate with them on the issues, but they just sent me an e-mail with a couple things to try to fix jets problem. Nothing worked, and they want to sell me a new pump. Pump turns on, but jets don't. We have had this for a year now and basically is a worthless bathtub. The selector valve quit working and then started leaking all over the floor. Had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement, which we paid $129.00 for. They would not take care of any of the problems. We also paid $45.00 for a new light bulb, which didn't fix the problem! We cannot get any help in fixing the jets or lights or the heater! Very bad product and even poorer customer service!!! Charlie

I have had the same problems! I bought mine thru a store on ebay in March of 2010. They didn't stand by their product at all the instructions they finally sent were so vague a rocket scientist couldn't understand them. If anyone is considering the purchase of this steam shower, I strongly urge you to reconsider!
