Mack and Fred carry there name very well "USE CAR SALES PERSON" If you want to spend more money than what it worth. They "NEVER take the care to get them Check. They buy the use cars and just add than on the lot. We requested the CarFax said they will provide this on Monday. Never Happen. They are "VERY Dishonest and lie in front of your face with a Smile. on January 11, 2011 we had purchase a Ford Focus 2001, leaving a deposit of $2,000.00 down. This vehicle was for my Daughter and 20 month old Grandbaby. That same week my daughter return the car that there was a loud noise coming from the Brake. Took it to Mack's Motor Auto repair shop" Of Course" my daughter was hearing things" this was happen for the next two month.
back and forward. We took the vehicle to another Repair shop: the problem with vehicle as follow: Wheel Bearing, Oil Pan,Themostate Housing, Ege Valve the est. repair cost will be $1,000.00 in the beginning of March 2011. We pay to have the Alternated repair with towing spending additional $200.00. We talk to Fred and the owner Mack that the car don"t have A/C Mr. Mack said some car don't have A/C. My response was " You got to be kidding" we are not talking about 1966 vehicle we are talking about a 2001. OF COURSE NEVER FIX THE A/C and any repair the was mention above.
We had to exchange the Unreliable Vehicle on June 2011. They are "Not a reliable Use Auto Dealer. They are plenty of another USE Auto Dealer that you can trust. "BUT NOT THIS ONE" STAY AWAY!!!!
