trashs my computer

MacKeeper is a Scam software product that is put on the net through an email. Having escaped this kind of scam through phone messages trying to tell me I had viruses on my computer. I have a MacBook and have had it for 3 years and love it to bits. Along comes MacKeeper telling me it can tidy up my Mac and get rid of duplicates. Well yes I got sucked in, downloaded it and paid for it through PayPal. $38.95 USD. then it went to work on everything in my computer. Finally shutting down my email account and closing my SAFARI and it can't work. But there is one thing it didn't close down my Firefox, so here I have closed down my Bank details giving them new passwords and alerting AppleMac, PayPal, but I still haven't got an email account.
MacKeeper is produced by a company called cleverbridge Inc.
