Makuch Realty Stan Makuch Taken Furnature From Garage That Was Not His Timmins, Ontario

I had furnature stored in my daughters ex boyfriends garage, then the house was repoed & the owner at the time of repo he contacted the bank that repoed the house & told them that i had furnature stored in his garage. Then he told the bank that i was unable to get to the garage because of to much snow i could not get back there & asked if it would be possible that i keep my furnature there until spring which the back replied yes it would not be a problem only until spring or until i was able to retrieve my furnature. So the furnature was left there until spring & i went to go up to Tiommins & get my furnature & when i got there the lock was cut off the garaghe & all my furnature was gone. contacted my daughters x boyfriend & told him what had happened & he called the real estate agent that was looking after the house & asked him what had happened to the furnature which he replied that he had taken the stuff out & threw it at the dump. When he told me what had happened i told him that most of my furnature was new & all my tools that i had were purchased within the last 2 years, so i was going to contact Stan myself to find out more. When i contacted Stan he told me that the stuff that was in the garage was old & he told his worker to throw it all into the dump, & i told Stan that most of that furnature was new that i had just moved into my basement apt 2 years before & that is when i purchased my furnature which he replied well it was all old stuff in the garage. I told Stan that i still have most of the receipts for all my stuff & he said i was gonna have to call the bank that repoed the house. Well i contacted the bank & they said i was going to have too deal with Stan & they had no resposability for what was in that garage.When i had my furnature in the garage i had moved out of town approx 40 minutes from Timmins * i had contacted my insurance company about getting content insurance for my place i was living, which they had asked if i had anything else to insure & i said no but i had mentioned that i had furnature stored in my daughters x boyfriends garage which the insurance company asked if i wanted to put insurance on the contents that was in the garage, at first i was not going to put insurance on the contents but the insurance suggest that i do so i had put insurance on my stuff. When all this happened with my furnature i contacted the real estate about my stuff then the bank & after all that i had contacted my insurance which they said they would check into the matter & when they did they said they would NOT be covering the loss of my furnature. So every which way i was turning i was hitting a wall & no one was going to except responsability & i was going to have to except my losses. I feel that the real estate should be held responsable or who should it be. At one time Stan at the real estate office told me that he comes into furnature once in a while & he would keep me in mind but i am still waiting to hear from him & waiting.
