my name is fred l taylor i was injured on 6/18/10 outstanding worker and family orientated.on 6/25/10 manuels rep came to my apt i needed help in sever pain he offered to help.i lost wages and my health but not my spirit.never hurt on the job thru gov for 19years and before that cut-yards,thru news paper,and sold door to door candy.i never truelly grsap the way things worked out with workers comp but i have an understanding now. i know i dont have a balance owed to gonzales firm and i didnt sign a consent are give approval for my attorney jennifer sindalar or anyone for that matter to forge my signature without my consent! i have itemized fees when i could not even reach my attorney and telephone conference's that never exsisted. if anything very illusive, mulniplitive,and worthy.i feel ive been victimized and treated unfairly as a result my family and children suffer under false judgement.
