I went to Mario Mazza salon last week to have a new color process done to my hair. I had been told that the owner did this new red color on his girlfriend and it would be something I should look into. I came out with orange hair! The cut was so bad. I was given bangs because he ruined my hair. He was so unprofessional, foul mouthed and foul smelling...he smokes constantly while I was told to "marinate"and the odor was so bad I had to hold my nose. He talked about himself constantly that I wanted to pull what was left of my hair out of my head. He made me look at his tatoo that said something about dreaming in color with a brush down his arm. I wouldn't let him take any pictures of my face. I was humilated enough. I don't know where he got his master anything from. HE IS HORRIBLE!

I am currently the receptionist at Mario Mazza Salon after reading this post I went back through our archives to see the individuals who we have recently colored. Unfortunately I was unable to find an individual who had made a request to go to that specific color. At Mario Mazza Salon if you bring your receipt and a picture of the hair color that you were unhappy with, we will gladly fix it for you free charge.
