Decided to pay for what was advertised as unlimited music file downloads on recorded msg on Frostwire file playback which I thought was a music file. This is how you are led into the scam. I believe Frostwire aka Limewire is a willing and knowing participant in this fraud. My first mistake was giving my debit card number and purchasing what is advertised as unlimited mp3 downloads for 20 some odd dollars. There are ads for other services such as spyware and virus protection but it is virtually impossible to get through the form with only the single selection. Too late realized my debit card was debited $68.77. I immediately contacted them by their posted phone # and was told my disputed money would be credited back to my account in 5-10 business days. It was not. I am currently trying to get a full refund from them because of their gross fraud. Now of this morning I am told I will get my refund in 10-15 days. I should be so lucky. Was emailed by one of their minions only moments ago-a member of their customer support-Svetlana Za. I am quite sure she is a reputable downhome Georgia gal. I am unsure of unlimited downloads but quite sure of unlimited names for this outfit such as musicforyou-Musicformembers-Showellco Trading Limited-Marketinfo-too many others to list such as mediadome etc.,etc. May as well throw in Frostwire aka Limewire. Makes it much more difficult to file with B.B.B. Also they seem to change phone numbers now and then. Stay away from these folks.
