Marketing By Heidi (Heidi Mills) and Appointments R Us never seases to amaze me, as this company is continuing to rip people off for telemarketing services. Since I last posted my report and have done my research, she took down the two websites and and is now going under the name of Hollie Strack and continues to post ads on every conceivable free advertising outlet that she can. She ripped off several people by hiring us as private contractors who set appointments for her, and kept making excuses for not paying us. She disconnected her home phone number and fax #, switching it to this 800-892-0270 x 402. Notice in the ad below that there is another contact # and email address and BEWARE of her deceptive ads like this one Company Name:

Appointment Setter Job Responsibilities: Professional business-to-business prospecting and appointment setting. Working from you home cold-calling or prospecting to pre-qualify leads and set appointments for our global based clientele. Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of sales, appointment setting, or customer service or telemarketing experience. An energetic and results-oriented personality, we need to hear the smile in your voice. Highly motivated, professional, loyal, honest and dependable. When assigned a task, we need to know you will follow through. Comfortable navigating through all levels of an organization, speaking with Business Owners, CEO's, and Presidents. You will need to be able to locate the decision makers. Must have the following computer capabilities and knowledge:Excel, Access, word or other word processing software, Adobe Reader.
Must be able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per shift and at least 5 shifts a week(20 hours) Will need to have a professional home office consisting of: Computer Equipped with Internet, MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Reader, Printer, Fax or scanner, Unlimited Long-Distance, Noise Reducing Headset for Phone Calls. Pay is 7.50 an hour plus commission to start. She is trying to change as many bits of information about herself that she can and she is doing this all over the internet (which is internet fraud). I just hope that if you are reading this report that you haven't already gotten ripped off by her, as she is not limited to scamming people in the US but outside of the US as well, like Guam, Phillipines etc. It's a shame that she started out in Akron OH and is now posting ads out of Columbus OH, maybe she moved there and it seems like she wants to scam at least 15 people at a time. Companies out there that are looking for lead generators and appointments setters, please do you research before retaining this Hollie Strack, or Heidi Mills from Appointments R Us. Her Husband Joesph Mills and Heidi herself don't have a concience. |

I just heard from a gal in the Philippines, so it is official...MARKETING BY HEIDI, MARKETING BY HEIDI LLC, MBH, APPOINTMENTSRUS.COM, APPOINTMENTS ARE US LLC, APPOINTMENTSRUSLLC...HEIDI, HOLLEY, HOLLY, HOLLIE Heidi Mills, Joseph Mills AND WHATEVER new TRUPMED UP name she is referring to herself with they are still at it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR GOVERNMENT???? WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT????? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE IRS...I CALLED THEM, I MAILED INFORMATION TO THEM????? TELL ME...WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO GO AFTER THESE CROOKS????? Hello...IRS...they are ripping off ALL OF US INCLUDING YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PAYING SALARIES BUT PROBABLY CLAIMING IT ON THEIR TAXES TO COVER THEIR INCOME FROM THE COMPANIES THAT PAY THEM VIA CORPORATE CHECK AND SUBMIT 1099'S!!!
OHIO POLICE HAVE PASSED THE BUCK. GET THIS...IT IS IMMORAL, NOT ILLEGAL. WAKE up!!! they stole from us. Our time, our efforts, our electric, our printer ink, our diginity to be taken in by such cruds. I guess it is just too much trouble for them to get off of their duffs and go knock on the door of these people (we DID GIVE THEM THE DANGED ADDRESS!)
Well, I guess I will have to just start mailing information about them to their neighbors...YEP, that is what I will have to do. I will send out these ripoff reports...the photos that Heidi herself proudly splashed ALL OVER CAFEMOM.COM to make herself look like "one of them" . Picture this, the people next door to them, across the street from them, the people who their kids go to school with getting a little tidbit in the mail about them...complete with PHOTOS THEY PLASTERED ALL OVER THE INTERNET!
Aw, why should I bother mailing them. I am due for a vacation. I should just get a nice little bag together, load up the old car and sachet right into their neck of the woods...what the heck, I am not WORKING NOW ANYWAY. I have all the time in the world on my hands. I think I will pick up my buddy Ellen, have a couple of hundred flyers printed up and just put them on the car windows in the nearest supermarket (THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO SHOP FOR FOOD EVENTUALLY) A couple in the gas station. Maybe some by the school near the house. But I really am looking forward to meeting and greeting those who live the closest. After all, she wanted to hire those of us who are PEOPLE PERSONS. A little elbow rubbing at the barbque next door. Maybe wave good old Heidi and Joe over for a couple of hot dogs and cold ones ;)
She put herself out there for all of us to see. You don't see the CEO (LOL) of Johnson Products hiding out do you...No, he is right out there on the garbage pile next to his company saying how he converts that into something worthwhile, like green energy. Maybe we can stop by the corporate offices of MARKETING BY HEIDI LLC and find out what their plans are for going green...you know...besides picking our pockets, skulking around CafeMom to round up new slave labor and taking her act overseas to the Philippines.
I did get an opportunity to speak with one of the many over there too. She just can't wait to share her experiences with Marketing by Heidi right here on ripoff reports... I am all aglow waiting to be regailed with this wonderful story.
How proud Heidi Mills and Joseph Mills MUST BE to have such a following!

| Hi there, just want to let you know that Heidi is not Hollie Strack, I am Hollie Strack, I worked for her from December 2010 until April 2010, to date she owes me over $6000 for services rendered. I have contacted the Akron police department on this matter, because she is using my name. I do not live in Ohio, I live in Louisiana. She promoted me to HR Manager and then I quit because she did not pay me, nor would she return my emails, texts or phone calls, even forwarding all calls to my cell phone. I had to call ringcentral and speak to 5 supervisors to get them to remove my # from her account, I also had collections agencies calling me for her. It all just finally died down about 2 months ago. So please do not use my name in your posts anymore as I am not Heidi, and if you would like to contact me you may via email. I am appalled that someone would stoop so low as to use someone elses name for their schemes. |

| Correction, that was April 2011, been a long day, I now work for an actual call center and have been working two shifts to catch up on all of the bills I fell behind on while working for heidi |
