| Extremely Poor Property Management And Maintenance of a Supposed "Luxury" Building |

The 25 Broad Street apartment complex, while it should be considered luxury, is actually a dilapidated bung-hole of an apartment complex due in large part to the terrible mismanagement, gross negligence, and general incompetence of its Resident Property Manager, Matthew Abisch, who honestly does not give 3 turds about the tenants whom he mercilessly and ruthlessly collects rent from each and every month, not allowing any of them to be even one day late with their rent.
This is all the while he forces all of his tenants to go without heat in the wintertime, and air conditioning in the summer time, with broken appliances, lighting, broken washing machines and dryers, and otherwise grotesquely mismanages and maintains its broken down features in a luxury condominium unit that used to hold Lehman Brothers.
The front desk is also run like a swiss cheese like barrier, allowing anyone and everyone with a bag of drugs or guns to enter and exit the building, thus ensuring a steady stream of crime, shootings, beatings, muggings, rapes, sexual assaults, batteries, armed robberies, thefts, grand larcenies, gangland attacks, and other assorted and colorful crimes, many of them committed by the incompetent staff as well.
The irresponsible mismanagement of Matt Abisch is enforced by the equally stupid and terminally idiotic Maintenance Chief Michael Alexander, who is a cross-breed monkey-like sack of shit who runs his department like a wannabe gangster, intimidating and threatening those tenants who plead with him for assistance and help with their broken apartment fixtures and issues, purposefully refuses to fix important components of the building, routinely singles out certain tenants to not fix their heating, air conditioning, infrastructure, or other important parts of this “luxury” building, often demanding blowjobs or sexual favors from female tenants in order to get their heaters or air conditioners fixed.
These two idiots alone have dragged the property values of 25 Broad Street down into the dumps, and consistently emerge as the major reason that this building has difficulty keeping good tenants and justifying its overly inflated and burdensome rental costs - when it is clearly not worth the money.
If you are looking for a place to rent or live - please bypass 25 Broad Street as you will most likely get shot living here.
Not to mention that the leasing staff headed by Matt Abisch is notoriously racist, sexist, classist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory in their renting, leasing, and maintenance policies.
If you are also unfortunate enough to live there please call 311 and report these two buffoons for their irresponsible and abusive behavior - and hopefully together we can get them thrown out of their positions that they consistently abuse. |
