Hello! I would like to report "Mayur Patil" from "http://www.mauryacravings.com/" He offers a programming service and even starts with it but charges money up-front and then let's the project slide until there is no way to get money back from paypal. After weeks of trying to contact Mr. Mayur nothing happends. After i sent out a fake e-mail from a fake account - the response was immediate, not more than 10 minutes. When i confronted Mr. Mayur, he blatantly said that he had finished the project and that i was responsible for messing it up. Which i had not of course. On asking my money back Mr. Mayur said that i have used foul language with him and he is so "deeply offended" that he does not wish to do business with me any more. The project is still not finished, i haven't got a dime back and it he has blocked me from every source possible. Thank you for the help :)

Yes, I stopped responding by every source because this client is cheater and want work for no money. The project was signed off from his Project Manager and was tested and then only client paid money.
After 2 months, client came back with messed up coding and expected to fix it without money.
This kind of clients are CHEATER and just want work without money. People know how to deal with such stupin and un-ethical people.

Mayur Patil has never signed off on the project!
Neither the project manager or Mayur have any documentation that the project has finished.
If Mayur can provide proof that the project manager signed off on the project then this claim will be taken down.
After several attempts to get the required documentation from Mayur Patil, he started using foul language and threatened the buyer.
This sort of activity is not acceptable.

Well this is just hilarious. He contacted me on MSN and threatened to "make my life hell". The comment he left is just an attempt to salvage anything that could be salvaged.
There was no approval of the project, neither we paid him after the work had been done. He wanted to "pay his staff" and so we went ahead and trusted him with the rest of the money. After that, nothing :)
And unlike him - i have all of the e-mails to back up my story.
