I registered the website Mediafeed for a trial use and paid 4.95 USD ( it turned out that I could find nothing from the website). But I never asked for a full membership of the website. And I never authorized the payment of 69.95USD for the membership. I sincerely hope that you can help me to get the money back. When I return from abroad I checked my VISA Credit Card Account. I stumbled over the following debits
03/27/2011 PLIMUS 4474809 Paris 8 € 4, 42 and later
04/03/2011 PLIMUS 4474809 Paris 8 € 62, 63 in the total of € 67, 05
It did not make sense since I had not ordered any Press/Media feeds nor did I authorize anybody to debit my VISA CC account.
By going thru the Internet (Complaintsboard.com and similar sites) I quickly found many reports about very nasty practises by Media Feed access. I call it a racket when a product goes thru many different channels and nobody in the end will be held liable for it.

I will inform the European Commission for Consumer Affairs (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/citizen/index_en.htm) and the Federal Trade Commission in the US to have a look into these malpractises.

I ask you to immediately reimburse the following to my VISA Credit Card.

This is a total racket and PLIMUS collects the moneys. They sure know about it and it should be stopped immediately. What about their companies addresses like: Vancouver, Belize, Kiev (Ukraine) and the like.
Here in Germany there are already many customers affected.
Still though I will contact the European and American Trade Commission.

I've had the exact same experience. This is definitely a fraudulent company. I even called my credit card company before they had taken the money off only to be told there was nothing they could do to stop it!! I'm now in dispute with them and still trying to retrieve the money that was stolen from my card.

Like everyone is saying they have a third party company PLIMUS who has no responsibility collect the money for them. It's then not possible to get a refund from PLIMUS. They should be put out of business as well.

This same experience stated above happened to me. Mediafeed.com processed an unauthorised charge to me MasterCard of US$69.95. I will contract my credit card company and get a replacement.

I just got home at the time, and I got a letter from the my credit card.Pihak said, if I use the money beyond the limit that is specified. I was surprised, very surprised about that. I checked the letter and listed the name PLIMUS 4474809 FR PARIS 8 was the one who pulled my money. As I recall, I do not have to register to PLIMUS it, but why PLIMUS withdraw my money so much? PLEASE ASK ME TO PLIMUS, PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY THAT YOU ARE VERY MUCH PULL! PLEASE, PLEASE ASK ME ONCE AGAIN!

I cheated, I was looking for software for a measuring optical fiber and to download the software I referred to MediaFed which indicated that the cost was $ 4.94 and at the same time they sent me the proof of this cost and now I get My details of the expenses of my credit cards come with two counts of MediaFed one for $ 4.94 I paid on 25 March 2011 and another charge of $ 69.94 dated April 7, 2011 which did not authorize or make, as I can get that money, my email is [email protected]

The purchase of trial version was a misleaded process made by mediafeed and I ignored with that lost/of purchase of USD 4.95 and this couldn't helped me to locate/or dowload any of the documents what i needed.

But very surprisingly today you have again debited my account with USD 69.95. Really I dont want to use this product anymore. So I am requesting you to refund back USD 69.95 immediately to my account.

Plz cancel my account and refund my money
I recently checked my bank statement and I found a very tricky payment below. I hope that you can help to refund me the money. I have never registered your website for any products from mediafeed.me, but you charged twice from my account, and followed 1 pound international transaction. I don't know any things about your website. I guessed this perhaps caused by somebody else who use my card when i lost my wallet on May 6th. I have reported to the police.Moreover, I have searched some information about you, and i know that you may charge 4.95 USD for a trial use, and 69.95 for membership, (even though somebody responsed they may not authorized the payment of 69.95USD for the membership) I did not do these two things and I sincerely hope that you can help me to get the money back. Today i check my band statement and found that they have refund my money. I am so happy even though only they only refund 41 pound and 2 pound (i think it maybe caused by change in exchange rate).

It was the same happened to me - I am from Ukraine and this night Mediafeed.me tried to remove from my credit card 69.95 USD twice. I was rescued by that on the account there was no enough money. This LARCENY!!! I have just written to them and now I look forward to hearing. Where is the guarantee that they won't try another time again?
