Miami underground will ship you wrong product, but will never refund your money

We called this company miami underground aka adko consumer aka thek2store.com for our Order for Aloha which they told us they have in their stock. When we received our order which was COD cash on delivery we paid with certified funds. Miami underground shipped us wrong product. We called Miami underground and talked to Minerva . She told us it was mistake, will ship right product and will pickup wrong product. After waiting for two week, we called Miami underground and talked to Minerva again. Minerva from Miami underground told us that product is in back order will ship once that have it in stock. We called Miami underground again after week and asked for credit. They told us they will issue credit once they receive wrong product which we shipped back to them.

After another week called Miami underground and talked to Minerva again . They told us cannot refund money because it's been more than 15 days now.

Everytime we called in this period here is what happen...

Miami underground will pickup phone. Once they found it s us asking for refund they will put you on hold and then hang up. We were trying different numbers do we can talk to them.

Miami Underground aka Thek2store aka adko consumer in Doral Fl is totally fraud.
