Sent my defective microwave control board and check for $39.95 to have repaired in May 2010. He replied to a couple of emails with a generic reply about work backlog and getting to repairs in the order they are received. Although check was cashed within weeks of sending the unit, after 6 months I still have no unit back.

I Sent My Sanyo Display for Repair on May 7, and have not heard anything regarding if it is being worked on or not. I did notice that My Check I sent them was cashed, but I am unable to contact anyone at the address. No one answers the phone, and lately the phone message is not even there anymore. Is this a Rip Off? How do I get in touch with the Consumer fraud department in Lafayette Ga.? Anyone know whats going on with this Company? Chuck in Connecticut.
