There enhanced bill back is designed to SCREW YOU Never go on this plan. You will have a better chance sleeping with VP than getting a good deal! |

This complaint was not been made by a consumer, however, a disgruntled previous employee of Midwest Merchant Services. We apologize that you the reader are exposed to his immaturity, lack of class as well as illiteracy throughout the complaint. This particular ex employee has a criminal background and an alcohol problem and is currently on record with the local police department as a stalker.
I have respectfully requested the site reconsider this post as I stated clearly, this is a previous disgruntled employee and not a CONSUMER (which is what this site is here for) and that the file is removed… In the meantime, I want to ensure the site is updated accordingly with all correct information as provided. | I agree with a few of the comments made by the employee. I am not a disgruntled employee nor a customer but I have seen the way the company misleads employees as well as customers. I have been witness to forged signatures, misleading contracts & tax fraud. The owners seem to be good people but unfortunately they do not understand that by misleading business owners they are harming the company itself and the people they employ. I would not recommend doing business with this company nor being employed by them. As far as manager I don't believe she has what it takes to train and lead a sales force. There is a reason the company is unable to keep their employees and they are constantly hiring. It's just a matter of time before she figures out she has reached a peak in her career & that what the company really needs is beyond her skill set or more than she is willing to invest. If the company ever plans to grow they need to do business the honest and right way, treat their employees with respect and train them properly so customers are not misled, and finally do not @@@@ where you eat. I hope Midwest Merchant Services turns things around in a positive way I would like to see them be successful. If you can't do business the right way you should find another industry to focus on and stop the cycle. I am anxious to see your companies rebuttal. When you start running a legitimate business and focus on putting the right management in place you will see how things change for the better. It is not my intention to disrespect, mislead, or hurt this company but the time to speak my mind was long overdue. |
