Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with and that says a lot as I have dealt with many. Forget taking them to the word or if they agree to sell you a car at a certain price. Don't give them a deposit either based on my experience. They agreed to sell me a car for a very good price and they actually offered that reduced price without me even asking and then said they need a no-refundable deposit of $ 1,000 to hold the car for even just a few hours to get bank to put financing in place. We gave credit card number for deposit and I asked if they were serious since we could have the bank contact them quickly and get details and send payment. They required deposit saying someone else was now calling about the car and were telling us about other people wanting to buy the car to put pressure on us to give what they called a nonrefundable deposit. Long story, they refused to sell car to me, won't explain why and they even tried to act like they cannot figure out who I am because they keep track of customer by telephone numbers called in and my number was not in their system on that car??? Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Finally asked for sales manager and he was rude and contradicted himself right and left. Never been treated so rudely in my life. Didn't tell them I was a lawyer as I hate people who throw that around like it matters, but they will find out when I serve them with a lawsuit for breach of contract and refusal to sell me that car which is exactly the right color combination and options and have not seen another like it. Heck, I would have paid a lot more than they were asking, but they threw some price out there and apparently thought better of it and got more from someone else. Only explanation that makes sense. |
