I wish I had followed my gut feeling... Jim Ford and his team of high pressure sellers, contacted me constantly about there so called guaranteed money maker. When they realised I was unemployed and ill. the pressure grew. Eventually I agreed to purchase the Diamond package. I have received NO income and have emailed them and tried to call, the number is now not connected. I have lost over $12,000 AUD. They use the wonder of Google adsense to convince you this is a winner. In my mind this also gives Adsense a bad name. Google should also be more careful who they link with. I have emailed Google also to no avail. Please if anyone is interested in a Class Action against this company and Jim Ford. I feel this is the only way to get any of our money back. My hands are tied as I live in Australia, but I am sure there are more like me here!! Stay away from Modern marketing.............

I spend 25, 000 with Modern Marketing and experienced the same thing as you did. I even visited the office to get a confirmation that they existed and were "legitimate". I am trying to figure out what to do now. I am interested in a class action suit although they probably don't have the money to pay. Evidently a lawyer did look into this a while back and didn't move on it, probably due to their evaluation about the low return.

Any suggestions about what to do now?

Bought the microsites in fall of 08. I have been trying to get a refund since then. I got the same runaround as others have posted here. Did anyone get advise from the Phoenix Police Department or the State Attorney General?
