Mr. Cresline (Constable) paid server Constable throws letter then beats on victims car window threatning and demanding lancaster , Pennsylvania

Here's a situation that people should be aware of. I have a daughter and have a current no contact PFA order against her father. He has beaten me severly over the course of 7 years during custody exchanges. The last time her father Paul Strube was charged with 5 counts of assult for attempting to beat me with a baseball bat only he hit my friend instead causing severe injuries. Her father was charged for this as well. Resulting in the NO CONTACT PFA. Custody has been established through the PFA yet this man went to the Lancaster County Court housse and files a CONTEMPT charge against me for violating the custody order. My abuser paid 3 different agencies to serve me papers all based on information given to the "servers" for this contempt. the first 2 servers couldnt' locate me but once they wre informed by myself of the PFA they appolagized and said they then had nothing to serve me with. The 3rd person whom I only found out his name after the police ran his liscence plate. I was walking my daughter to the school after I parked close to it and this man came out of know where and approached me. He threw an envolope at me and said here you go bitch you've been served on behalf of Paul Strube (my abuser). He then proceeded to my vehichle refusing to identify himself and started beating on my car windows opened the passenger door and started to yell at my friend saying they were responsible for me getting the letter he threw on the ground. I had my friend pick it up while I called police my friend said to the guy why don't you stick around for a min and the man ran to his vehichle and sped away. This was done at an Elementry school where there were plenty of students and parents and teachers who witnessed this. I went to the police and reported the incodent but since Mr. Cresline is a "server" they had no jurisdiction to arrest him. So I guess in the state of PA what would be illeagle in some states such as abusers locating there victim and then having them served with papers that are bogus through a 3rd party is OK. Doesn't no contact mean no contact??? I'll up-date this after the joke hearing for contempt. Lancaster County Court system is nothing more than a Joke and there so called servers. Mr. Cresline was rude, agressive and threatning and people should be ware of the big tall guy who wears sun glasses, ball cap, and drives a white suv with liscence plate #gxt-9669. this guy is getting paid to serve and he didn't identfy me I also have a twin sister. I got the informantion but it was wrong how it was done and it certainly won't affect me unless that court wants to go against another courts PFA where there is a 3rd party responsilbe for visits because of the NO CONTACT. Any advice or imput would be appriciated.
