The owner of this particular Mr Sandless franchise came to my house two weeks before the actual job to give me an estimate. I told him that I had ripped up the carpet and noticed I had beautiful hardwood floors underneath, but there were stains and other areas that I was concerned about. He told me how everything would be fine once their process was completed. I had put some Rejuvenate from Home Depot on the floor, just to keep it from getting messed up until they did the floors. They came to do the floors at 10:00am and were done at 2:30. They did my living room, dining room and hallway. They had me sign a piece of paper stating that the floor had stains and scratches and other problems. This paper should have been presented to me before they did the floor, not after the fact. The floors looked almost the same as when I put Rejuvenate on them. The floors will have to be covered with area rugs and runners to even be usable. I called the franchise owner and his answer was that "we couldn't tell how the floors would come out until after we were done". Coming from a "professional", I think that is a BS answer. He knew the stains weren't going to come out and went ahead with the job anyway. Stay clear of this company unless your floors are perfect to begin with.

Seldan buried his wife Elena at the pet cemetery. All floor stains were still showing from the bood. I paid them to remove all blood stains. Bad job.
