I responded to one of those free trial offers where you only pay for shipping. I got the package, and called to cancel immediately to prevent any erroneous charges. That was 3 months ago. Last week, they charged my debit card out of the blue for $69.99. I called to have the money refunded and had to leave a message. They never returned my call, and on my 5th call, I was finally connected to a person. I calmly explained the problem, and they were extremely rude. Clearly, they must receive a lot of these types of calls. I am in the process of cancelling my debit card, and may have to close my account in order to get these crooks to stop debiting my account erroneously. I know better, but took a chance on this company. Take my advice, don't get involved with these crooks ! This is a huge scam and ripoff !
