I purchased a cell phone from MyCellz4Less.com which the advertisement said "NEW", and the price was typical for a new phone of that type. Upon receiving the phone I noticed that the box was shabby, scuffed up. The phone inside looked new, but upon turning it on, I noticed it had custom Elvis ringtones. I also noticed that it had the previous owner's security codes in it that prevented me from customizing the phone. I contacted MyCellz4Less.com immediately and they told me to send it back for a refund. When I inquired whether or not I'd be reimbursed for the shipping charges, they said I had to request that in writing. I included such a request in writing with the phone when I mailed it back. All I got was the cost of the phone refunded. I emailed several times to request the shipping refund, explaining the circumstances each time, that the phone was not sold to me AS ADVERTISED, was NOT "New", and finally got a response from MyCellz4Less.com that according to their "terms" the buyer pays return shipping, (even if the product they send isn't what you paid for???!) This place is ripoff in my opinion and I would NOT advise anyone to do business with them. I hope you're reading this BEFORE you buy.

I got my phone and my girlfriends phone from these guys this week ... both came new and perfect ... not just that but these guys helped me with setup. Got the best price on the web and will be going back here in the future.
