Called MyCleanPC.com after seeing hundreds of their $29.95 TV commercials. The company takes hold of your computer and actually moves the mouse for you over the phone. s the lady is talking to me she's looking through my program files and says, "well I don't see anything too bad here- let's run the scan." When the scan stops dead, in the middle of the process, I get a little scared that i just gave someone access to my PC. I do a search of MyCleanPC and the CyberDefender company that now has control of my PC. Navigate to Ripoff Report, and my phone rings immediately. She says, " you don't have to go there, if you want to hear good things about us, I'll send you to those places. By that time i had read about the upsale to their technicians. She says," I don't understand why your PC has stopped, but you obviously need extended technical assistance".How Much? $300 No Thanks. PC was all messed up after that. Used Microsoft recommended Sunbelt Vipre Recovery and found one .EXE Trojan32 jamming my whole PC.... You Guessed it? CyberDefender\ Registry Scanner\ Trojan32. ADWARE. Now I've been trying to call them to remove their Auto-Renewal Annually of $29.95 and no one responds. I Think the whole thing is a Scam, with TV Commercials!!
