MyLastPack.com Took my shipping payment but never shipped the product to me Internet

I ordered the e-cig free trial but my package never came. I ordered from a different e-cig company and got everything I ordered. Time to cancel the "free trial" from mylastpack.com. The support team from mylastpack.com replies saying they are sorry to hear there product was not right for me and supply the details of how to return there product. When canceling the order I mentioned that I never recieved there product. 14 days after I ordered the e-cig (the time limit on the free trial) I e-mail them again telling them I still don't have my e-cig so I can't return something I don't have. Once it became obvious to me that they never sent my product or sent it to the wrong address I asked for my $3.95 shipping fee returned to me, (why would I pay for a service that was never given, they never shipped my product or messed up the shipping on there side). I am now on the third week after canceling my order and have still not recieved my product or the refund for shipping, and again I want my shipping payment refunded because they never shipped me the product. Very disappointed with with how this whole thing has played out. I only had 14 days to cancel and yet 14 days later I still didn't have the product. How can I know if I like the product or not in the 14 trial days when I don't even get the product in 14 days. Then after asking for the refund on the shipping payment, becuase they never shipped my product, I am being ignored. Stay away from mylastpack.com becuase the whole thing is just one big scam.

I did receive my "free" trial, but then called to cancel any further orders. They then went ahead and charged my credit card $92.05, an unauthorized transaction. when I contacted the company they said I need to send everything back, including the "free" trial, at my expense. I am disgusted with this company and how they scam people that are really trying to give up the addition of cigarettes. How do these people sleep at night knowing they're knowingly ripping people off.
