| Lawyer "Nancy Alston" of Alston Law Firm, has got to be the most low balling, sneaky underhanded lawyer I personally have EVER met. I am involved in a child custody case, where my Daughter was Severely under weight due to lack of care from her mother. My child was diagnosed as Medically Neglected Malnourished by several of the best hospitals and pediatricians in South Carolina. Upon seeing there is no way to win this case after Nancy's client lost custody to me in 2010, they began playing dirty tricks to try to have me locked up so they could have a prayer in this case. Fact is i am on parole for charges the defendant put on me years ago, she also confessed to the same charges and took a lesser sentence. Well Nancy Alston took it upon herself to send my parole a letter saying that i was in violation of a direct court order, basically she was trying to violate my parole because i am not allowed to get any new charges or commit any crimes. My parole officer took this very seriously and his legal department came down hard on him , therefore causing him to come down on me. I luckily had all my court papers in my car, he allowed me to get them and i proved that the contempt court date had not even came up yet, it was due the following week. Nancy Alston took it upon herself to judge my contempt case before a judge ever saw it. My parole officer luckily took all this into consideration and told me to quiet all the reports he is receiving and as long as i don't commit any crimes he could not care less what was happening. Well that following week i went to court for that contempt charge, and behold it ALL got dismissed by the judge. So it turns out i was not in violation of anything at all, and Nancy Alston lied her butt off. But the damage was done with my parole. Now i also moved in the past month, well it is my duty to inform my parole of my new address, and i must also inform the guardian ad litem and defendant of my new address. I notified the defendant and guardian immediately. I didn't inform my parole yet because i wasn't due to meet him for another week. But when i went into his office that day to report he told me he already knew i had moved, stating that Nancy Alston called and told him so. I got into no trouble because i had done nothing wrong, but this lady is trying sooooo hard to violate my parole because she doesn't have a leg to stand on it is ridiculous. I don't know what else to do, i contacted the S.C. barr and they said that by her doing these things it breaks her oath as a lawyer to remain Civil with everyone not just her clients. The S.C. barr informed me to report her to the South Carolina Commission for Lawyer Conduct, and i drafted up a letter and sent it to them. I haven't heard anything. The S.C. Barr recommended that i obtain a copy of the letter Nancy Alston sent my paroles legal department describing that i was in contempt when i actually was not in contampt, but when i tried to get a copy of that letter, they were very ill acting and said no way. I could not even get a copy of the letter under the freedom of information act they said. The parole legal department said i would have to have a court order to release that letter. So i cannot even obtain the proof i need to burn this dirty liar without paying upwards of $1,000.00 to a lawyer for a court order. I don't know what else to do, this woman has went as far as to contact my old employer and complain on me and lie, her client has gotten caught in several lies on the stand under oath. And to top it all off, Nancy Alston sent her relatives to my home with video cameras posing as court servers, they handed me a gift bag with balloons tied to it and inside i found a trashcan filled with my court documents. two days later the sheriff came to my home and legally served me with the court date papers. Stay away from this crooked lawyer, i am doing my best to have her answer for her illegal activities, but it seems as though i am battling a force greater than i can handle. Seems as if no-one wants to get involved. I don't know what else i can do to stop this harassment from this attorney. |
